Senior Associate - Litigation

Responsibilities:

  • To attend and handle litigation matters.
  • To manage clients and documentations effectively and independently.
  • To prepare legal opinions and advise to clients.
  • To prepare necessary documentations and reports.
  • To attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a Degree in Law with valid practicing certificates.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, committed and with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Senior Associate - Corporate Commercial

Responsibilities:

  • Duties would include all aspects of M&A work, regulatory approvals and submissions and drafting all types of corporate and commercial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a Degree in Law with valid practicing certificates.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, committed and with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for secretarial and office administrative functions including preparing PowerPoint presentation slides and excel worksheet.
  • Perform general secretarial duties such as correspondences by fax, letters & email, filing as well as scheduling appointments & meetings.
  • Liaise with external parties such as answering calls, taking messages, screening phone calls and providing information where possible.
  • To administer the department matters such as staff leaves, claims, training, and seminar arrangements.
  • Compiling and tracking status and to ensure that all forms are duly signed and submitted to the respective divisions/ departments/ units.
  • Organise systematically and disseminate documents to the department/ unit head and other related parties.
  • Maintain filing system and ensuring accurate document filing for easy access & retrieval.
  • Travel arrangement – arrange flight/ accommodation/ ground logistics etc for trips organised for the Head and department staff.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secretarial Diploma. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Good typing and administration/ secretarial experience. Pleasant and has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently with good time management.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling secretarial work and office administration work.
