Khieu Mealy appointed Vice President for National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC) of Cambodia
Congratulations to Khieu Mealy, Partner at SokSiphana&associates (a member of ZICO Law) for being appointed Vice President of the National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC) of Cambodia, a non-profit commercial disputes resolution institute.
Following Cambodia’s fast-growing economy, there has been a significant increase in commercial transactions which may result in potential conflicts among investors and stakeholders. Therefore, this institute acts as a platform to help businesses with commercial disputes resolution.
SokSiphana&associates would like to recognise and celebrate Mealy’s achievement. Being one of only a few female arbitrators at the NCAC, we hope that Mealy’s example will encourage more women leaders to be involved in the institute and also in arbitration.
