Our Vietnam office started as a Joint Venture law firm with Zaid Ibrahim & Co in 2008; it is now being transformed into a fully owned Foreign Law firm based in Ho Chi Minh City. Our key practice areas include Infrastructure Projects, Law Reform, Real Estate, Foreign Direct Investments, Commercial and Banking & Finance. We have advised clients on their investments into Vietnam, working closely with major local law firms on various projects and transactions with a focus on the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors. In view of our credentials with Law Reform and Infrastructure Projects, we were involved in advising the SCIC on a study to facilitate private sector participation in the transport sector in Vietnam.
