Stanley’s practice focuses in Intellectual Property (IP). His scope of practice includes commercial & civil litigation, trade mark prosecution, transactional IP work such as licensing and commercialisation of IP rights and other contentious and non-contentious IP matters. He has advised clients from different industries, including consumer products, pharmaceutical, retail, luxury goods, food & beverage, automotive, hospitality, information technology and service providers. He often participates in anti-counterfeiting and enforcement programmes for various brand owners. He has also assisted as junior counsel in a number of litigation cases in the High Court and appellate courts in Malaysia.
Stanley was admitted to practice in 2014 and joined the firm as an associate in the Intellectual Property Division in the same year.
