Experience

Thuzar has experience advising clients on local Myanmar laws in a wide range of matters such as company laws, banking laws, investment laws, foreign exchange management law and labour laws. Thuzar’s skills include preparing, review and commenting on the first draft on various kinds of commercial agreements and she has a hands-on experience engaging with the regulatory authorities in Myanmar.

Thuzar also has experience in other related legal works include transactional work in conducting full/red-flag due diligence of Myanmar entities, registration of trademark , providing overview and advisory of company incorporation procedures and policy in Myanmar, corporate structuring for foreign investment and local compliance requirements in Myanmar.
