ASEAN Insiders Roundtable Competition Law | ZICO Law & Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer

12 April 2016 Traders Hotel

The competition law environment across the Asia Pacific region is changing rapidly. Contrasting national priorities drive the enforcement efforts of new and existing laws, arising in varying stages of development. Given that clients often find it challenging to navigate these various competition law landscapes, we believe it is timely to host a closed-door Competition Law Insiders Roundtable where we gather experts to share updates and practical experience to help guide and update clients.

As leading practitioners in the field of competition law across the Asia pacific region, we would be delighted if you would join us and share your knowledge and insights at our Roundtable. No slides or presentation will be required. On the side-lines of the IPBA meeting in Kuala Lumpur, we hope that attendees will enjoy and learn from exchanges amongst experts in the region. We plan to focus the discussion primarily on cartels and other forms of anti-competitive agreements, but will also touch on other topics of interest such as merger control and abuse of dominance.
