A Brief Guide to M&A
Foreign investment has significantly contributed to the growth of Southeast Asian countries and India. Fadjar Widjaksana Kandar, Co- Executive Partner at Roosdiono & Partners (a member of ZICO Law) and Senior Associate Anggi Yusari co-authored the Indonesian chapter of “A Brief Guide to M&A” published by Mayer Brown JSM.
The Guide provides an overview of the major legal and tax issues to consider when investing in these regions, particularly in regards to regulations on foreign investment, deal structures, corporate governance, and tax.
