Teras Narang & Partners merges into Roosdiono & Partners (a member of ZICO Law)

ZICO Law is proud to announce the merger of Teras Narang & Partners (TN&P) into Roosdiono & Partners (R&P, a member of ZICO Law), effective as of 2 May 2018. R&P retains its name after the merger.

TN&P was formerly a boutique litigation firm led by Managing Partner Agnesya Narang. With over 99 years of practice experience, Agnesya’s main areas of expertise include general corporate and investment matters, banking and finance, infrastructure, litigation dispute in intellectual property, commercial, civil and arbitration.

Agnesya  will be joining R&P as a new litigation partner, along with her specialised litigation team, to bolster R&P’s existing litigation practice led by Afriyan Rachmad. R&P’s growing litigation practice handles complex commercial, civil, competition, employment, and tort disputes.

On 1 December 2022, KPMG and ZICO Law entered into an agreement under which a number of law firms and teams from the ZICO Law network have joined the KPMG network of firms.

The deal will see more than 275 lawyers join over 2,900 legal professionals in the KPMG global organization, creating a significant legal footprint across Asia. It will offer legal services and solutions, a globally connected legal services platform, and specialists who work with leading technology providers to modernize legal functions across organizations.
