Ltd., the Sponsor and Issue Manager, and UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, the Placement Agent, for the IPO and listing by way of placement of shares of shopper360 Limited on Catalist in Singapore, completed on 30 June 2017. The IPO raised gross proceeds of approximately S$11.02 million and shopper360’s market capitalisation is approximately S$33.2 million, based on the post-placement share capital of 114,400,000 shares.
