Online Anti-Bullying and Harassment Training Series

ZICO Law has collaborated with the International Bar Association and  The College of Law Australia to launch an online anti-harassment training program for the legal profession. The program is designed to guide individuals and workplaces towards making positive cultural changes.

As part of ZICO Law’s involvement, Regional Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the IBA Law Firm Management Committee, Hanim Hamzah is featured alongside former PM of Australia, Julia Gillard AC, Australia’s Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Kate Jenkins and Retired High Court Justice, Dame Laura Cox QC DBE as part of the training.

With the aim of reducing inappropriate conduct within the profession, it guides individuals and workplaces to implement and promote positive cultural changes.

The four-module e-learning series has been created from insights gathered from the publication of the Us Too? Bullying and Sexual Harassment Report (May 2019) and is free to anyone working in the legal profession (an IBA membership is not needed to access).

Comprised of modules including more than a dozen videos, interactive quizzes, and animations, the e-learning series focuses on four main areas:

  • Bullying
  • Sexual Harassment
  • Exploring the role of individuals in driving positive change
  • Considering the importance of workplace actions
