Roosdiono & Partners Split Working Teams Arrangement

Dear Valued Clients,

In light of the recent recommendation from the Government of Indonesia for implementing “social distancing” measures and for employees to work from home amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, and as we seek to safeguard the health and safety of our staff and their families as well as our clients while also continuing to deliver uninterrupted, high quality, legal services to our clients, we have to consider making temporary adjustments to the way we work.  Accordingly, subject to further developments, Roosdiono & Partners has adopted a split working teams arrangement as a preventive measure to minimise exposure of our staff and clients effective from 17 March 2020 until 27 March 2020. During this period, we will be priotising and replacing (to the extent possible) in-person meetings to video or telephone conferencing as per your choosing.

Nevertheless, we would like to assure you that considerable measures have been taken to ensure minimal disruption to work. We are well-placed to ensure that all ongoing client needs can be serviced effectively and we are committed to continuously ensuring our usual support to your business.

For any questions, please contact your relationship partner at Roosdiono & Partners or our Executive Partners Leoni Silitonga or Fadjar W. Kandar.  Our thoughts are with those currently affected directly by the COVID-19 virus.  We hope you and your family remain safe, healthy and vigilant. We thank you for your continued support and trust as we all work through this uncertain and unsettling time.
