Roosdiono & Partners Work from Home Protocols

Dear Valued Clients and Colleagues,

Further to our earlier announcement dated 17 March 2020, we write to inform you that Roosdiono & Partners will invoke a work from home protocol for all lawyers and staff from 23 March 2020 until 5 April 2020, subject to further developments. This is in line with the letter issued by the DKI Jakarta Governor on 20 March 2020, which strongly urged all offices to suspend regular workplace activity and arrange for all employees to work from home, Needless to say, given the situation in the current environment, the health and safety of our lawyers, staff and clients are paramount.

Rest assured that we have our own business continuity plan in place. During this period, although our office premises will be closed, we continue to be operational and reachable through email, telephone, our Microsoft Teams video conferencing system, or any other communication applications or devices. We are committed to maintaining our legal services delivery and business operations with minimum disruption. We are confident that all ongoing client needs can be serviced effectively, especially in these challenging and uncertain times.

For any questions, please contact your relationship partner at Roosdiono & Partners or our Executive Partners Leoni Silitonga or Fadjar W. Kandar. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those affected by the COVID-19 virus and their loved ones. We hope you and your family remain safe, healthy and vigilant. Thank you for your continued support and trust in Roosdiono & Partners.
