ZICO Law Response to COVID-19

Dear Everyone,

As the World Health Organization has categorised the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic, ASEAN countries continue to take precautionary measures to contain the spread of the virus. As recently as yesterday, President Duterte of the Philippines has implemented a lockdown of its capital city, Manila while other South East Asia countries closely monitor the situation at home and abroad.

Given that ZICO Law has offices in all 10 ASEAN countries, each of our offices must follow the specific measures taken by their respective governments based on their policies and directives relating to COVID-19.

I write to assure you that ZICO Law remains proactive and steadfast in ensuring our emergency and business continuity plans are in place to protect the safety and well-being of our lawyers and staff. Throughout the network, we are conducting protocols at all of our offices which include a variation of sanitization of workplaces, temperature screening for employees and visitors and strict hygiene practices. We have advised employees to stay home and self-quarantine should they feel symptoms and we are fully engaging our technology capabilities to ensure the least amount of work disruption possible.

If you need to speak to any of us at ZICO Law, you may still contact us via phone or email as you normally would. For clients who wish to meet, we invite you to utilize our video conferencing systems that are in place. We will continue servicing the needs of our clients to a consistently high standard.

Thank you for your continued support during these less than predictable times. We hope you and your family remains safe, healthy, and vigilant.
