ZICO Law Thailand Implements Business Continuity Plan in Response to COVID-19

In light of the increasing COVID-19 infection rate in Thailand, we seek to safeguard the health and safety of our staff and clients while continuing to deliver uninterrupted, high quality, legal services.

Accordingly, and subject to further developments, ZICO Law Thailand has adopted a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) which includes remote working arrangement as a preventive measure to minimise exposure of our staff and clients. The BCP will take effect from 24 March 2020 until 6 April 2020. During this period, we will be prioritising and replacing in-person meetings to video or telephone conferencing as per your choosing.

We would like to assure you that considerable measures have been taken to safeguard against any disruption to work. We are well placed to ensure that all ongoing client needs can be serviced effectively and we are committed to continuously ensuring our usual support to your business.

If you need to speak to any of us at ZICO Law Thailand, please contact your relationship partner or our Managing Partner Nuttaphol Arammuang or Executive Partner Threenuch Bunruangthaworn by email as you normally would. For clients who wish to meet, we invite you to utilize our video conferencing systems that are in place.

Our thoughts are with those currently affected directly by the COVID-19 virus.  We hope you and your family remain safe, healthy, and vigilant. We thank you for your continued support and trust as we all work through this uncertain and unsettling time.
