Experience

Bell is a senior associate at ZICO Law Myanmar. She advises clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity. She also advises clients on foreign direct investment into Myanmar covering legal and regulatory compliance.

She has considerable experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions; venture capital and private equity; capital markets (both corporate exercises by public listed companies and initial public offerings in foreign markets); and liaising with Chinese corporations.

Career

Bell started her career in 2011 in corporate involving corporate commercial and corporate advisory work, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets. She was a senior associate in one of the oldest and largest law firms in Malaysia before joining ZICO Law Myanmar in October 2019.
