Experience

Denzel is a Counsel at ZICO Insights Law LLC. He has assisted in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, such as voluntary general offers, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, post-listing compliance work and other corporate advisory work. His experience includes assisting and advising companies listed on the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Career

Denzel was called to the Singapore Bar in 2016. Prior to joining ZICO Insights Law LLC in 2018, he was part of the retail collective investment schemes practice at another corporate law firm.

• LLB (Honours), National University of Singapore
• Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection (Singapore) 2020 – issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore
• Certificate for Family Office Advisors (Foundation) – issued by the Wealth Management Institute in Singapore
