Kimberly is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property practice group at Zaid Ibrahim & Co. with experience in both conflict and non-contentious IP work. Her scope of practice encompasses a wide spectrum ranging from IP litigation, reviewing and drafting IP related commercial contracts, assisting in administrative enforcement action, advising clients on regulatory compliance and filing strategies. She also manages IP portfolios for MNC clients in multi-jurisdictions. Kimberly also has experience litigating commercial, insolvency and contractual disputes.
Kimberly is a Chevening Scholar funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom and pursued her MBA at the University of Durham under this scholarship in 2018. During her MBA, Kimberly worked as an MBA Consultant with Ascensia Diabetes Care Holdings.
After commencing legal practice as a Federal Counsel at the Attorney General’s Chambers, Kimberly chose to pursue private practice and commenced pupillage at a regional law firm in Malaysia. She was admitted to practice as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2014. Kimberly joined the Zaid Ibrahim & Co. as an Associate in the Intellectual Property Department in 2016 and was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2018.
