Bin Hau has assisted in numerous cross border corporate transactions including corporation restructuring exercises, foreign initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Besides, he has assisted in corporate advisory work and due diligence exercises. His exposure also includes matters in relation to the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre.
In addition, Bin Hau has been involved in advising local and foreign financial institutions and companies on domestic and cross-border banking and finance matters, particularly on aircraft leasing and financing transactions.
Bin Hau started his career in legal practice at Beijing-based law firm in 2011 as foreign legal counsel. In June 2016, Bin Hau joined Zaid Ibrahim & Co. under the firm’s Trainee Associate Programme. In April 2017, he was called to the Malaysian Bar and joined the firm as a Senior Associate.
