Tatt King has extensive experience in advising companies, banks and financial institutions on the whole range of corporate, commercial and banking transactions.
Tatt King has advised on structuring and documenting of corporate loans, syndications and participations, secured and unsecured lending, export finance, structured trade finance, asset finance, and convertible loan stock issues and derivatives. Tatt King has a particular interest in aviation finance and leasing. In addition, Tatt King also advises on licensing and regulatory issues, with emphasis on the financial services industry.
Tatt King began his legal practice in Singapore, where he was called to the Singapore bar in 1995. He spent three years from 1996 to 1999 as an in-house counsel with a major European bank in Singapore. He practiced banking and corporate law at the Singapore firm of Tan Peng Chin LLC from 1999 to 2005. He joined Zaid Ibrahim & Co. (a member of ZICO Law) in 2006.
