Ishizuka has provided advice to a wide variety of clients in corporate and commercial transactions on behalf of Japanese companies or venture capital funds. In particular, he has been involved in mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, such as mobile car manufactures, foods, and wholesalers. Ishizuka has also experienced in Japan Fair Trade Commission cartel investigations, internal investigations and other serious alleged violations. Ishizuka is also involved in various corporate litigation or any other disputes.
Ishizuka started working at Roosdiono & Partners from November 2018. After joining Anderson Mori & Tomotsune in 2009, Ishizuka was seconded in New York office of Sidley Austin LLP from September 2017 to July 2018 as a foreign intern where he was engaging in numerous capital market transactions as well as class action litigations for Japanese financial institutions or manufactures.
