Vincent is a tax lawyer with an active practice spanning the full range of contentious and advisory tax matters, covering Income Tax (Personal and Corporate), Goods and Services Tax, Stamp Duties, International Tax, Property Tax, and Tax Offences. He has experience representing clients in negotiations with IRAS and has appeared before the Income Tax Board of Review, Goods and Services Tax Board of Review, and Valuation Review Board. Vincent’s research has been published in leading law journals and he has authored several books, including a textbook on Singapore Trusts Law, as well as both Tax Law volumes of Halsbury’s Laws of Singapore.
Vincent practised Tax Law for several years at another firm before joining ZICO Insights Law LLC. He presently holds a Lectureship at the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University, where he teaches Contract Law and Tax Law. Vincent was previously Law Supervisor at Peterhouse College, Cambridge and has held research positions at the National University of Singapore and SMU. Before that, he was Mowat Scholar at Trinity College, Oxford and Editor-in-Chief of the Oxford University Undergraduate Law Journal.
