Wee Hoo has advised both domestic and international lenders, borrowers, lead arrangers and issuers alike on a range of debt capital markets, and banking and finance transactions including bilateral and syndicated corporate loans.
In addition, he is experienced in the fields of project finance, Islamic finance and debt restructuring.
Wee Hoo began his career with Zaid Ibrahim & Co. in November 2010 as a Trainee Associate under the firm’s structured Trainee Associate Programme. Upon completion of his pupillage, he was retained within the Debt Capital Market & Structured Finance department in 2011 as an Associate. In 2018, Wee Hoo became a Partner of the firm.
