ZICO Law Indonesia in partnership with the Malaysia Chambers Jakarta (MCJ) will be hosting a talk entitled ‘Indonesia Tax Amnesty: Process, Implications and Opportunities’.

Featuring speakers from ZICO Law and KPMG, the discussions will center on the recent Indonesian Tax Amnesty initiative will aims to encourage Indonesian corporate and private taxpayers to repatriate their funds back to Indonesian shores.

Hanim Hamzah, ZICO Law’s Regional Managing Partner as well as Partner and Senior Foreign Counsel for Roosdiono&partners (a member of ZICO Law) is the Vice President of the MCJ which regularly organises business events for their members who consist of Malaysian professionals and entrepreneurs, working and residing in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Announcement

On 1 December 2022, KPMG and ZICO Law entered into an agreement under which a number of law firms and teams from the ZICO Law network have joined the KPMG network of firms.

The deal will see more than 275 lawyers join over 2,900 legal professionals in the KPMG global organization, creating a significant legal footprint across Asia. It will offer legal services and solutions, a globally connected legal services platform, and specialists who work with leading technology providers to modernize legal functions across organizations.
