Managing your Mental Health in COVID-19

COVID-19 saw an increase in mental health difficulties, calling for better awareness and care for our mental health. This session will equip participants with clearer understanding of various mental health difficulties so that we can better spot it and manage it in ourselves and in those around us. Participants will also learn skills and techniques that help them cope with stressors and build resilience.
