Taking place on the 7 June 2018 at the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, the sixteenth edition of the congress will bring together a plethora of Thailand’s leading in-house lawyers, CEOs, company directors and compliance professionals from both the private and public sectors.

As co-hosts for the event, ZICO Law will be conducting an exclusive workshop entitled “Legal Challenges in Structuring Cross-Border Financing and the Taking of Security”. The workshop will feature key insights from our very own panel of ZICO Law regional experts including Partners Threenuch Bunruangthaworn (Thailand), Daron Wong (Cambodia), Geraldine Oh Kah Yan (Myanmar), Phuong Nguyen (Vietnam), and Senior Associate Aparat Sanpibul (Laos), as they share actual case studies and perspectives from private practitioners across the CLMVT countries. In addition to our workshop, ZICO Law Regional Managing Partner Hanim Hamzah will also be participating in the plenary discussion on “Women in Law: Women in In-House” which will feature discussions on mentorship and developing meaningful careers of women in law.
