Zaid Ibrahim & Co. (a member of ZICO Law) in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer is organizing a seminar on Companies Bill 2015 on 14 April 2016 at Concorde Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

The seminar will discuss on significant changes in Companies Bill 2015 related to Governance and decision making framework; rules that are intended to enable a company to response to its changing needs for capital in a more efficient; and practical manner while providing new restructuring option for companies facing financial liquidity or operational dilemma.

Effendy Othman, litigation partner of Zaid Ibrahim & Co., is one of the speakers for the seminar. Effendy will be speaking alongside Professor Dr Aiman Nariman on “Mastering the new Corporate Finance Rules”. The topic will focus on reviewing new rules of corporate finance and the significance of the solvency declaration and solvency test.
