ASEAN’s Response to Covid-19: Employment Issues to Consider
With the Corona virus (COVID-19) now a global pandemic, employers in the private sector are scrambling to ensure their employees remain safe and healthy while keeping their business running. The virus has spread to numerous countries, including within the ASEAN region. In this publication, we provide a regional overview of the legal obligations that employers have to their employees in responding to a health crisis of this magnitude.
