ESG in Action: OSS risk-based licensing system

Following the enactment of Job Creation Law, the implementation of the risk-based business licensing scheme was introduced by the issuance of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 on the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing. Another attempt to bypass regional bureaucracies and simplify licensing requirements, the Online Single Submission system (“OSS”) version 1.1 (fulfillment of commitment-based system) has been migrated to Risk-Based OSS (“OSS RBA”).
