Should Bike-Hailing Be Regulated in Malaysia?
Two years on after the introduction of e-hailing legislation for cars, the Malaysian Government is now a facing a similar dilemma in coming up with legislation for bike e-hailing services or “bike-hailing”. In this article, Mohamad Izahar Mohamad Izham of the Corporate & Government Advisory Practice of Zaid Ibrahim & Co.
